Once we learned to navigate the challenges encountered when building our own projects, we built a company that meets every construction challenge for other entrepreneurs. In other words, we speak your language. We have built over 30 restaurants and retail spaces, in 6 states, with more under construction.

With almost 30 years of construction and restaurant operations experience, Brian founded Precision Projects with operators and investors in mind. His own projects gave him insight into what owners and operators need from project managers and contractors. Precision Projects is his vision come to life.

Dylan Stump
CFO/Exec VP

With almost 30 years of finance, accounting, construction, and restaurant operations experience, Dylan joined Precision Projects at the very beginning. After working on the financial side, and the operations side, his experience helps clients from a different operator perspective with finance and fiscal ideals in mind.
